From the Finish Line

“Was a good day for us, I just had to stay calm and have faith in my team mates to get me there. They did a fantastic job and I really want to thank them for their work! I’m happy with the speed I have at the moment, that’s good for the confidence.“ Sam Bennett

“That was really close! The guys rode strong and Danny van Poppel guided Sam Bennett perfectly in the finale. In the end, Welsford had the better timing and we can only congratulate him and DSM on that. Tomorrow the cycling festival here in San Juan concludes with a circuit race - we're looking forward to the grande finale!” Bernhard Eisel, Sports Director
